Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes.

You agree to pay for all services rendered according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Project Changes and Cancellations

Changes to project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. All changes must be approved in writing before work proceeds.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on materials ordered and work completed.

Property Access and Site Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that the site is prepared according to our specifications. This includes removing obstacles, vehicles, and other items from the work area.

You are responsible for marking underground utilities before work begins. We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, soil settlement, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work. Claims must be made in writing within a reasonable time after discovery.

Weather and Delays

Concrete work is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule work due to weather conditions that may affect quality.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.
